The first week, we did Part 1 which was Creation up to plant life. This Part 2 finished off the Lord's Creation of the Earth up through Adam and Eve and resting on the 7th day. Of course, the kids love learning about the animals God made on the land, in the air, and in the sea, and how Adam was able to name them all! After our lesson, they were able to tend to animals and name them.
My daughters are my big helpers. They picked out friends from their stuffed animal collection and let me borrow them on the weeks we need animals in class. We rounded up vet care supplies, feeding supplies, bath supplies, and "cages" because these are modern ways of caring for pets at our homes and they're fun for play, but God provided all that the real animals needed when He made them! All of creation works together in a beautiful way! Our Lord is amazing and intentional in all that He does. "Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made." John 1:3
